This privacy statement provides information about the processing of personal data by or on behalf of Cottonly Fabrics and only applies to the use of personal data of its customers and visitors to the website.

Cottonly Fabrics may be required to provide your information due to a legal obligation to which it is subject and/or in response to requests from authorities. Also to the transport company that is responsible for the shipping of the goods you have bought in our webshop.

Terminating an agreement in this case means cancelling a customer card or unsubscribing from a newsletter. If you wish to have your data completely removed, you can submit a request for this (see below).
